As a Learning and Performance professional, Chloe Bangs is experienced at transforming onboarding and training programs. She is an industry award-winning leader, recognized as an “Emerging Leader” by Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN) in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries. In her current role as Sr. Manager, Global Learning & Performance at Amgen, Chloe collaborates closely with training managers to optimize the training curricula across Amgen’s portfolio of therapeutic brands, deploying dynamic content via a variety of cutting-edge modalities. 

Chloe has over 20 years of experience in her industry. Prior to joining Amgen, Chloe was an Associate Director at Teva Pharmaceuticals, leading a team of training managers to develop, design and deliver a full spectrum of curriculum across multiple business units. Her experience also includes pharmaceutical sales and training roles with increasing levels of responsibility with AstraZeneca, GlaxoSmithKline and Ortho-McNeil.
