With 17 years’ experience in the Revenue cycle with a proven history of success in developing and leading revenue cycle operations, involving commercial, Medicare, Medicaid, contract, and TPL account follow up. Christi brings an in depth knowledge in executing a process to enter the accurate billing data into billing system while managing and training employees with monitoring/enhancing their performance while adherence to standards
Christi began her career in the client services division before moving to claims quality, insurance collections and client financial services where she has served as a Director in multiple capacities. Christi holds a B.S. business administration and a M.S. organizational leadership from Evangel University.
