Connie Ford, Deputy Vice President of Member Services, Missouri Public Utility Alliance
Connie Ford has a proven ability in developing programs, leading initiatives, and delivering successful outcomes in the utility industry. In 2017, she joined the Missouri Public Utility Alliance’s team to provide tools for municipal utility members so they can better serve their customers with reliable, cost-effective utility services. Through Connie’s 20 years of work for the City of Columbia, Missouri, she gained an in-depth understanding of electric and water utilities, especially with developing renewable energy and efficiency programs. Connie can clearly and persuasively communicate with the public, governmental bodies, the media, and the private industry to build consensus for initiatives.
