Courtney Shore

SVP, Client Experience + Brand Leadership

From new product innovation to portfolio architecture to brand experience, Courtney helps companies to use design thinking to solve business problems, connect with consumers and stand out from the competition.
Courtney is an experienced business and brand leader who partners with CMOs, brand leaders and executives to develop whole brands and set the vision for growth. 

As SVP Client Experience/Brand Leadership at Barkley, Courtney builds and leads integrated teams to create brand ideas out of consumer insights that have lasting impact on the business. She has a strong passion for business strategy and whole brand ideas that can be activated for years, from internal culture to brand design to product development to advertising. Over her career, Courtney has honed her expertise with CPG brands, but has also worked with Financial, Healthcare, Pharma and Travel/Tourism organizations. 

Courtney holds a journalism degree from the University of Missouri School of Journalism. She lives in Kansas City with her husband and two young sons.
