Diane Wilhelm is a Retired Chief Engineer, Advanced Manufacturing for Harley-Davidson Motor Company who leveraged broad-based operational expertise and keen business acumen to drive revenue, grow market share, and enhance competitive advantage, corporate value and operational excellence. She is noted for delivering visionary leadership in operations and new product development with a relentless commitment to continuous improvement across the manufacturing and product development value stream.
She served in several leadership roles at Harley-Davidson over the last 20 years, following a successful career at General Motors and the United States Army; now embarking as an entrepreneur in the field of leadership consulting, development and executive coaching. Diane holds a Bachelor of Science degree (General Engineering) from the United States Military Academy at West Point, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Baker University, Baldwin, Kansas. She is a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and received the 2017 STEP Ahead Award from the Manufacturing Institute and is a frequent public speaker in support of leadership and STEM. When not working or serving on multiple non-profit Boards, Diane can be found training for her next endurance event, or spending time with family and Patrick, her soulmate of over 23 years.
