Joseph Schifano graduated with a B.A. in Business Administration in 2010 from the Love School of Business at Elon University. Shortly after graduation, Mr. Schifano became the Vice President of Petropolis, one of St. Louis’ premier pet care businesses. During his time there, the St. Louis Business Journal acknowledged Petropolis as one of the “Top 50 Fastest Growing Companies in St. Louis”.
In 2017 after nearly a decade with Petropolis, Mr. Schifano shifted his focus to education when he assumed leadership of The Academy of Pet Careers. He now sits as the President and Director of Education. His favorite part of his job is working with aspiring entrepreneurs who want to turn their passion for animals into a business.
