Hi I'm Kristen Presker and I'm so excited to be part of the MSUDT Advisory Board! I'm a fellow graduate of Missouri State University (2011) and once a bear always a bear.
I've spent the majority of my professional career in marketing with a more specialized focus recently in brand management. I currently work at Cosmos Corporation - manufacture of TropiClean, Naturel Promise and Urine Off - where I lead a grooming team in developing and marketing a vast assortment of pet grooming products. Our team works closely with a variety of retail partners from big-box pet retail stores (ie: Petco) to FDM partners (ie: Target). I love working in the pet industry as it's ever growing and fast paced. Prior to coming to Cosmos Corporation, I worked at Build-A-Bear Workshop managing the boy consumer segment. I helped guide product development and marketing activations through licensed partnerships with brands such as LucasFilm, Disney, Marvel & Nintendo. In my everyday life, I'm a wife and a mother of 2 girls (2 1/2 & 10 months). In non-Covid times, I love to get out and about hanging with friends, going to dinner and spending time with family. I'm excited to be part of the Design Thinking program for 2021 and looking forward to a great year ahead!
