Motivated by a creative spirit, attention to detail and customer support, Kyle McCawley P.E., brings 20 years of a deep understanding of the Architectural, Engineering and Construction (A/E/C) industry. His involvement began as an intern with a commercial mechanical and plumbing service company, The Waldinger Corporation, with a focus on bid estimating, pre-construction startup services and construction completion verification. After graduating with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Kansas State University, he transitioned to a full-time position with a domestic equipment manufacturer, Smith and Loveless Inc. This position concentrated on equipment order sales, processing and installation for water and waste-water infrastructure projects.
In 2006, Kyle moved to Lamp Rynearson in Kansas City, Missouri as a Senior Project Manager for the Aquatics Group. This position aligned with Kyle’s passion and background as a swim team captain and coach. As a Senior Project Manager in the Aquatics Group he engages with clients on the design and construction of civic aquatics projects, ranging from splash pads to indoor and outdoor swimming pools across the Midwest. Kyle focuses on the design and project management of public and municipal projects and in providing a range of services including new design, feasibility studies, conceptual planning, renovation upgrades, life cycle cost analysis, community outreach and public engagement. |
