Manny Zayas is the Senior Director of Consumer Insight & Analytics (CIA) for Spectrum Brands. In this Commercial Operations pillar leadership role, Mr. Zayas is responsible for internal and external consumer insights related activities across the four Spectrum Brands business units. Along with his team, his focus is on driving fact-based strategic business decisions through deeper understanding of the shopper/consumer, our retailers and the global marketplace.
Mr. Zayas started with the company in early 2020, harnessing resources from across the company to unify a group that remains embedded in the business, but with cross functional synergy. Mr. Zayas’ career in CPG began in 1992, including a variety of Sales, Strategy, Insights and Commercial leadership roles across top companies including PepsiCo, Coors Brewing, AB-InBev an ConAgra Foods. Mr. Zayas holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Arizona State University, with emphasis in Marketing and Computer Information Systems. He serves as a board member in local sports and charitable institutions, as well as having active involvement in a St. Louis based mentoring organization. Mr. Zayas and his family currently reside in St. Louis, Missouri. |
