Matt leads Design and Virtual Construction department for the Black & Veatch Water Division. This role is responsible for the establishment of department goals and objectives, project staff assignments, and project budgets. In addition this role Manages BIM related education and professional development.
This role also champions the use of Building Information Modeling (BIM); related project delivery processes and promotes the same to corporate leadership. Our team also works closely with IT leadership to support project execution excellence through the use of innovative technology.
