As Quality Manager of CNHi Reman, Michael uses more than 20 years of quality experience to help grow and maintain a culture of continuous improvement. CNHi philosophy of World Class Manufacturing provides the various tools necessary to assist every employee with the power to provide a positive experience for the customer. Michael also serves as a member of their Community Relations Team. He holds his MBA from Webster University, Six Sigma Green Belt, ISO/TS 16949:2009 Internal Auditor and is an ASQ Certified Quality Technician.
Outside of work, Michael enjoys time with his family and is passionate about helping others in need. He has over 25 years of service with his local fire department and currently holds the position of Lieutenant firefighter/first responder. He also believes that a stronger emotional intelligence is a key factor in which everyone can help make our world a better place to live and to leave for our children.
