Steve Bishop is an award-winning operation executive with a history of creating stability in chaotic environments.  With a strong track record of leveraging design thinking in the application of Six Sigma principals he has helped organizations to optimize a variety of processes.  His focus on achieving big-picture goals and implementing next-level strategies  has consistently resulted in turning around under-performing products, programs, projects, people and entire organizations.

Additionally, he is a published author and speaker who is passionate about continued education.  He obtained two masters degrees from Washington University in St. Louis, and oversees a team that currently provides education to 1,200+ financial institutions / 7,000,000 end users.  

Steve is passionate about delivering quality customer experience through process efficiency.  He is an 11 time ironman (pre-kids.)  He is a strong supporter of the Breast Cancer Foundation of the Ozarks, and he enjoys spending time with his family at home in the Kansas City area or relaxing at Table Rock Lake.
